Refund and Cancellation Policy

At the practice of Dr. Nizar Liemlahi, we are committed to providing outstanding care. Given the high demand and to ensure access to care for all our patients, every reserved appointment slot is precious.

Any confirmed session reserves an exclusive time slot. Consequently, no refund will be granted once a session has been confirmed and paid for. By booking, the patient accepts that their slot can no longer be offered to another person awaiting care.

• Major technical failure: In the event of a failure of our teletherapy system rendering the session impossible, and if no alternative solution (telephone, other secure platform) could be put in place.

• Therapist absence: In the event of an unforeseen impediment for the psychologist (illness, major emergency), the patient will be fully refunded or may choose a priority rescheduling.

• Practitioner no-show: If the therapist does not attend the appointment without prior notification.
